Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer free Shipping on domestic orders over $100 order value.
- For orders under $100, a flat $10 shipping fee applies.
- Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive in 5–10 business days.
- Due to high order volumes, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will inform you via email or phone.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You must provide a valid street address for your orders.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to become active.
- If you ordered multiple items, we may ship them separately. In that case, you will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities if orders shipped outside the continental U.S.,
6. Damages in Transit
- We are not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once you’ve initiated the claim, please notify us via your order page so we can assist as needed.
7. International Shipping
We do not ship outside the continental U.S.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
- We will not be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Missing or Stolen Shipments
- If the shipping carrier reports that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please notify us immediately via your order page. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 14 days for the carrier’s investigation.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen, we will either replace your order or issue a full refund, based on item availability and your preference.
