1. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. If you cancel within that window, we’ll issue a full refund right away to your original payment method.

2. Returns – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and any freebies that came with your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
• If you're returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation message.
• If your return is approved, we’ll issue your full refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• If the item is returned damaged or used, we may issue a partial refund.

5. Item Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
